C K Enterprises, Inc. offers, though its distributors, a marketing assistance program designed to help our customers promote their facilities. This program is meant to be an extra incentive to make an initial purchase of Signature Series products.

Terms:

1. This program varies according to the type of Car Wash.
2. Initial order must meet $700.00 minimum order of Signature Series products.
3. This program is only available to qualified customers who agree to purchase Signature Series/Power Blend products exclusively for a minimum of one year starting at the signing of this agreement.
4. If operator discontinues using Signature Series/Power Blend products exclusively prior to the end of the first year, that operator agrees to pay C K Enterprises, Inc. the amount originally discounted.
5. This agreement will need to be accompanied by a Marketing Request Form.

7. Upon receiving these forms signed by both the operator & the distributor, C K Enterprises, Inc. will develop a proof for the customer to approve (generally within 1 week).
   
8. Upon receiving signed approval, the signs will go into production and be shipped to appropriate location as soon as possible.
   
9. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the operator.
   
10. Any cost over the amount provided by C K Enterprises, Inc. is the responsibility of the operator.

* This credit is for use within 30 days of setup on C K Enterprises, Inc. chemicals and any unused portion will be lost after initial order is placed. Please see the C K Regional Manager for available marketing materials and list prices. Additional marketing materials are available at list price. This offer is non-renewable and is intended for initial setup only.

Eligible locations that sign an agreement to purchase XCEL exclusively for 1 year and purchase a 30 gallon drum of XCEL at National List Price will receive:
